Brendan (he/him) is a designer and researcher whose work spans the fields of architecture, landscape, and geography. His practice examines historical and contemporary dilemmas between built and natural environments. He works with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods using digital and analogue media to engage with diverse subjects, sites, and scales.

Brendan resides in Vancouver, BC, a metropolitan area built upon the ancestral, unceded territories of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking people including the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations and the Halq̓eméylem speaking Stó:lō (Sto:lo) nation. He is grateful for the experiences and opportunities that are afforded by Vancouver’s setting in the Pacific Northwest, a place between coastal and mountainous landscapes, and home to Indigenous and international communities.
